IT check & modern infrastructure
I give you an honest overview: what is in good shape, what needs work, which contracts and suppliers cost too much. Then we build your IT up modern and secure, in the cloud, on premises or both.
I automate recurring work, connect your systems and use AI where it helps safely and measurably, for small and medium-sized businesses and public administrations.
From analysis to operation, without hand-offs between five vendors.
Local or EU-hosted models wherever the data calls for it.
We start with the process that costs you the most time today.
No black box: you understand and can run what we build.
Wherever people repeat the same steps, retype data from one system into the next, or do not know what their IT actually costs, there is almost always something to gain. And with AI far more than two years ago.
I give you an honest overview: what is in good shape, what needs work, which contracts and suppliers cost too much. Then we build your IT up modern and secure, in the cloud, on premises or both.
Enter data once and have it right everywhere: I connect your systems through their interfaces, automate recurring work, and make reports and notifications happen by themselves.
Together we find where searching, matching and summarising cost your team time. I build AI agents that work on your own data, with clear rules on what they may do and models that fit your data protection needs.
Home Assistant and EVCC as the local hub: solar, house battery and wallbox controlled together, heating, shading and security in one system. For households and small businesses, no cloud lock-in.

Built a service in the AWS cloud for a startup's customer, as a proof of concept for the customer project.
Set up and maintained a cloud-hosted ERP server for a solar power startup, run fully private. No local infrastructure needed, yet all data stayed owned by the customer.

You get a concrete proposal: what can be automated, the effort behind it and what it brings.
A prototype first, then reliable operation. With documentation, training and ongoing support if you like.
I'm Patrick Banholzer. In my day job I integrate software in the automotive industry and build AI-driven automation there: agents that connect many systems and narrow down failures faster.
Since 2021 I have been consulting municipalities, businesses and startups on the side. At home, Home Assistant automates everything that does not run away fast enough.

Gladly in the Stuttgart region. Across Germany I work remotely and come on site for workshops or commissioning by arrangement.

No. I build, document and train your team. If you do have IT staff, I am happy to work with them.
